Please follow the steps in video tutorial to start using ProcEzy as a Corporate Buyer/Business BuyerPosting a Requirement (RFQ)
- Navigate to the RFQ tab on the home page.
- Click on " POST RFQ"
- Here you will find a list of feelds that you can enter, For exapmle "Product Name", "category", "Discription" etc.
- Enter the requirement as desired, include the order quantity, Validity of quote and order location.
- Make sure to enter all details with respect to the requirement in the Discriptions box, the more details you enter the the easier it would be for potential Sellers/Vendors to give you the best suited quotation.
- Enter Submit RFQ once you are done. Your Requirement will not be Live on the platform and Vendors from across the country will be able to quote into it.
- You may choose to edit any of the fields in the requirements that you have posted by going to the specific requiremnt in the "Browse Leads" tab and clicking on the edit button.
- In the edit view you may also change the status of the requirement
- Active Status - If you want to receive more quotes for the requirement
- Paused Status - This indicates to the vendors that you are evaluating the quotes that you have received.
- Inactive Status - This iindicates to the vendors that the requirement is closed and you are no longer evaluating any quote.
Along with technical requirments you may also choose to post any other term or condition that you want the vendor to adhere to before quoting. For example Payment terms, Warranty requirments, Any onsite deployment requirment etc.Being detailed in your post will help the Vendor quote the best possible price for the requirment and reduce any back and forth.Viewing Responses to Posted Requirements
- To view the responses to the requirments(RFQ's) posted, go to the browse leads section of the RFQ tab.
- You can click on any of the requirments that you have posted.
- A drop down list of all the vendors who have responded to the requirment will show up once the requirment is clicked.
- If there are multiple vendors, they will be shown one below the other.
- Basic overview information regarding the quote will also be shown
- For more detail you can click on the View quote button for that particular seller/vendor.
- This will take you to a page wher you can see more details and also any message that the seller has shared with you.
- For more infomation regarding the seller you can click on the "VIEW FULL PROFILE" button, this will give you information regarding the sellers GST and PAN details as well as any other information that the Seller has shared on their Profile.
- You can either accept or rejct the quote here as well. A repective message will be sent to the seller according to your selection.
- If you want to negotiate further or share any information, ask for clarifications you can click on the "Chat With Seller" option. This will open up a dedicated chat page with the seller for that requirment. You can share information or chat here and close the deal as per your convinience.
You may communicate with the sellers on the platform and choose to close the transaction in any manner that suits you.
