Please follow the steps in the tutorial video to Purchase Leads and Submit Quotes for requirements posted on ProcEzy.Purchase a Lead (RFQ)
- Click on the RFQ tab on your screen. This will take you to the section where you as a Seller can manage all things related to Corporate Buyer requiements(RFQ's) and manage them.
- Under the "Available Leads" section you will see a list of all the requirments posted by buyers from across the country.
- This information will include title of requirment, description, location, quantity, Validity of requirment and cost of that lead.
- The Buyer name will be greyed out until you purchase the lead.
- To purchase the lead you can click on the "Buy Lead" button.
- This will open up a payment gateway screen wher you can complete the payment.
- You may use UPI,Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking or any other supported payment method to complete the payment.
- One the lead is purchased it will show up in your "Purchased Leads" tab
Managing Purchased Leads
- Click on the Purchased Leads tab.
- Here we can see a list of all the leads we have purchased from the Available leads section.
- In this section you can see the name of the company that posted the lead along with the RFQ Status and the Quote status.
- The RFQ status is updated by the Buyer.
- Active Status - This indicates that the Buyer want to receive more quotes for the requirement
- Paused Status - This indicates that the Buyer evaluating the quotes that they have received.
- Inactive Status - This indicates that the requirement is closed and Buyer is no longer evaluating any quote.
- The quote status shows the current state of the quote.
- Quote pending - Indicates that seller has purchased the requirment and has not yet submitted a quote.
- Quoted - Indicates that seller has submitted a quote for the requirment
- Accepted - Indicates that the buyer has accepted the quote submitted by the seller or the buyer is interested in taking this further.
- Rejected - Indicates that the buyer has rejected the sellers quote.
Submitting a Quote
- Seller can submit a quote by clicking on the Submit Quote button for that requirment
- This will take you to a page where you can see the details for the requirment. On clicking the submit quote button here it provides you with fields to enter details of your quotation.
- Please note that the price here should be price per item.
- You can mention the overall details of the quote and any other information that you want to share with the buyer in the "Message to Buyer" box. Please use this section to communicate quote terms and conditions, delevery details etc.
- Once the quote is submitted the buyer will be able to view your quote and evailuate it.
- You may choose to revise the quote by clicking ont he revise quote button in the same page.
- If you would like to share additional details with teh Buyer or negotiate further, communicate new offers etc. you can do so by clicking on the " chat with buyer" button.
- This opens up a dedicated chat page with the Buyer for that requirment. You may exchange information here and chat with the Buyer.
Please ensure to communicate to the seller the Price per Item as well as the total price for the entire requirment. You may choose to share a formal quote via the chat interface.Ensure that all information that you want to share with teh customer is shared either via the initial message you want to send or via the chat interface.
