Posting Your Requirements (RFQ's)

  • Navigate to the RFQ tab on the home page.
  • Click on " POST RFQ" 
  • Here you will find a list of feelds that you can enter, For exapmle "Product Name", "category", "Discription" etc.
  • Enter the requirement as desired, include the order quantity, Validity of quote and order location.
  • Make sure to enter all details with respect to the requirement in the Discriptions box, the more details you enter the the easier it would be for potential Sellers/Vendors to give you the best suited quotation.
  • Enter Submit RFQ once you are done. Your Requirement will not be Live on the platform and Vendors from across the country will be able to quote into it.
  • You may choose to edit any of the fields in the requirements that you have posted by going to the specific requiremnt in the "Browse Leads" tab and clicking on the edit button.
  • In the edit view you may also change the status of the requirement
    • Active Status - If you want to receive more quotes for the requirement
    • Paused Status - This indicates to the vendors that you are evaluating the quotes that you have received.
    • Inactive Status - This iindicates to the vendors that the requirement is closed and you are no longer evaluating any quote.


Along with technical requirments you may also choose to post any other term or condition that you want the vendor to adhere to before quoting. For example Payment terms, Warranty requirments, Any onsite deployment requirment etc.


Being detailed in your post will help the Vendor quote the best possible price for the requirment and reduce any back and forth.
